Salt.
Ambient music for slow breathing and stillness, made for the Salt Room at Pure Salt Therapy in Doncaster. The first tracks are already playing in the Salt Room, with more on the way.
Why I made it
Music that gets out of the way.
Most of my work is about helping people slow down long enough to notice what's going on inside. Music can help with that, or it can get in the way.
Salt is written to sit quietly in a room while you breathe, rest and let your shoulders drop. No sudden changes, nothing that asks for your attention. Just space.
I write and produce my own hypnosis tracks, and Salt grew out of the same idea: sound that helps your nervous system settle.
Hear it in the room
Made for Pure Salt Therapy.
Salt was made for the Salt Room at Pure Salt Therapy, a family-run Salt Therapy Room in Doncaster city centre, run by friends of mine. Book a session and hear it the way it was meant to be heard.

What is Halotherapy?
Breathing in the air of a salt cave.
Halotherapy, or dry salt therapy, comes from the salt mines of Eastern Europe, where people noticed the air felt different: cool, still, free of dust and pollen, and carrying tiny particles of salt.
A Salt Room recreates that. At Pure Salt Therapy, a machine called a halogenerator grinds pharmaceutical-grade salt into a very fine, dry mist and releases it into a room lined with Himalayan salt. You sit back in a zero-gravity lounger, fully clothed, in dim, warm light, and simply breathe normally for 45 minutes. There's nothing else to do.
In their words, "Most people leave calmer, with a clearer head", and plenty of their clients make it a weekly habit. There are sessions for adults, for children with their parents, and private hire.
Halotherapy is a complementary wellbeing practice, not a medical treatment, and it isn't a substitute for your GP. If you have a health condition, check with your doctor before booking, and never stop or change prescribed medication. More from Pure Salt Therapy
