My story
I haven't taken the straight road.
Most people haven't.
I don't believe people should be reduced to the worst thing that's happened to them, or the habits they've struggled to change. There's more to every story than that, including yours.
My working life has been anything but a straight line. My career has spanned different industries, predominantly financial services and sales, with a spell working abroad in Thailand along the way. Some of those jobs were at the bottom of the ladder. Some were in senior management.
That mix taught me as much as any course. I've sat across the desk from a lot of people under pressure, at every level, and I know how long people can keep going, keep smiling and keep coping before they finally admit something needs to change.
Today I work one-to-one with adults dealing with Anxiety, Overthinking, low Confidence, difficult relationships and habits they can't shift. Clients tend to call me direct. One described me as "a gentle big brother", and I'll take that.
I've never stopped learning. Alongside my qualifications I've studied Ho'oponopono and Chakra Vitality Flow, and before any of that, music technology. I write my own Hypnosis tracks and music, using AI alongside my own experience, and I'm composing Salt, an ambient album for the Salt Room at Pure Salt Therapy in Doncaster. I'm also learning British Sign Language: I've passed Level 1 and Level 2 is next.
I don't have all the answers, and I won't pretend to. What I do promise is to take you seriously and tell you the truth with kindness.
