Eight weeks

One skill.
Real practice.
A useful next step.

  1. Week 1

    Understand your pattern

Map triggers, interpretations, responses and consequences. Practise a short pattern map.

  2. Week 2

    Respond to the alarm

Try comfortable grounding and attention exercises; notice what feels useful.

  3. Week 3

    Step out of Overthinking

Separate a solvable problem from a loop; choose one useful action.

  4. Week 4

    Reduce avoidance

Plan and review a small, personally appropriate step.

  5. Week 5

    Work with uncertainty

Separate facts from predictions and practise a reasonable decision.

  6. Week 6

    Boundaries and pressure

Rehearse a request, a refusal and a clear expression of need.

  7. Week 7

    Build self-trust

Use realistic commitments and evidence; adjust after setbacks.

  8. Week 8

    Continue independently

Review your own progress and make a 30-day continuation plan.

A small group with clear boundaries

What to expect.

The programme includes a workbook, weekly practice sheets and selected guided audio once they've been checked. Discussion isn't recorded. You'll never be asked to share personal history you'd rather keep to yourself.

It isn't an emergency service, and it isn't a substitute for one-to-one care if that's what you need. We'll talk about suitability before you join.

My diary is full at the moment, so free consultations are running as a waiting list for my next intake of clients. Tell me what's going on and I'll be in touch personally as soon as a space opens.
