The Inner Compass · coming soon

Your next move.
In your pocket.

Most change doesn't happen in a therapy room. It happens on an ordinary Tuesday, when the old pattern turns up and nobody's watching.
I'm building the Inner Compass for exactly those moments, and it's nearly ready.

Why I'm building it

Insight is great.
The moment is what counts.

My clients rarely struggle to understand their patterns. What they struggle with is the gap between knowing and doing, when the racing thoughts start at 3am or the old habit kicks in at 4pm.

The Inner Compass fills that gap. It takes the way I work, notice what's happening, practise one small thing, review what helped, and puts it in your pocket for the hours between sessions. Or for people who want to start on their own.

THE INNER COMPASS

Know what
to do next.

When everything feels tangled, start with what matters now. One practical move. Then notice what helps.

What's inside

Everything you need
for the next ten minutes.

  1. 01

    Your next move

Open the app and it tells you one clear, useful thing to do right now. Not a to-do list. Not a lecture. One move.

  2. 02

A coach that keeps it short

AI-supported check-ins that listen to what's going on and finish with one small, practical action. No waffle, no diagnoses, no pretending to be your therapist.

  3. 03

    Guided journeys

Step-by-step routes through a pattern, one stage at a time. First up: Overcoming Anxiety, from understanding the alarm to finding what works for you.

  4. 04

    Hypnosis & audio library

My own hypnosis, breathing and sleep tracks in your pocket, including the full Anxiety Reset collection.

  5. 05

    Calm, fast

When it spikes, a short guided reset that brings your body down first, so you can think clearly again.

  6. 06

    See what actually works

After every tool, mark it Better, Same or Worse. Over time you'll see exactly what helps you, so you do more of it.

A daily rhythm

Start on purpose.
Finish properly.

  • Morning Prime
Five quick prompts to start the day on purpose: gratitude, how you want to show up, who you're choosing to be, what matters most, and one action.
  • Evening Reset
Close the day properly. A win, the evidence, something you're grateful for, what you're letting go of, and tomorrow's first step.
  • Weekly Compass
Once a week, look back at what actually improved, what got in the way and what to focus on next.

Made around you

Your goals.
Your pace.
Your rules.

  • Built around your focus
Pick up to three things you want to work on, like Anxiety, Overthinking or Confidence, and the app shapes itself around them.
  • The tone you need
Choose how you want to be spoken to: Supportive, Balanced or Direct.
  • A morning nudge
A daily reminder and a quote chosen for the things you're working on.
  • Faith, if you want it
If you're a Christian, you can choose to include scripture alongside the practical tools. If not, it simply isn't there.
  • Your data, your call
You decide what it remembers. Download or delete everything, any time.

Honest limits

A companion,
not a replacement.

The Inner Compass supports the work you're doing on yourself. It doesn't diagnose anything, it isn't therapy, and it doesn't replace a professional when you need one.

If you're struggling right now, please talk to someone. Call 999, NHS 111, or Samaritans free on 116 123, any time.

Don't want to wait?

You don't need the app to start changing things. A free consultation is the place to begin.
