Your privacy matters to me. This policy explains what information I collect, why I collect it, how I keep it safe, and the rights you have over it. I've tried to keep it in plain English rather than legal jargon.

I do not see or store your full card details.

 

Website and technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and how you use my site. Sensitive information and confidentialityAs a therapist, I understand that what you share with me is deeply personal. Any health or wellbeing information you give me is treated as special category data under UK GDPR and handled with the highest level of care and confidentiality.

 

Your session information is kept confidential and is not shared with anyone without your consent.I keep secure, confidential case notes as part of my professional practice, in line with the ethical requirements of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and my professional insurance.

 

There are rare, legally recognised exceptions where I may need to share information without your consent — for example, if I believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or where I am required to by law. If this ever arises, I will always try to discuss it with you first wherever it is safe and appropriate to do so.I retain client records for as long as required by my professional and insurance obligations, after which they are securely deleted or destroyed.

 

PaymentsWhen you pay for a session or product, your payment is processed securely by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe or PayPal. I do not have access to, and do not store, your full card or bank details — that information is held securely by the payment provider, who meet the PCI-DSS security standards set by the card industry.

 

The tools and providers I use to run my practice and website, I use trusted third-party services that may process some of your data on my behalf, including:

 

Wix — my website platform and hosting

TidyCal — booking and store

Zoom — online sessions

Stripe / PayPal — payments[

SendFox — email updates

Google Analytics / Meta (Facebook) — website analytics and advertising

 

Each of these providers has its own privacy and security measures in place. I only share what is necessary for them to provide their service to me.Cookies and trackingMy website uses cookies and similar technologies to help it work properly, understand how visitors use it, and — if you consent — support marketing campaigns.

 

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings or the cookie banner on my site. Turning some cookies off may affect how the website works.

 

Marketing

 

I'll only send you marketing emails (newsletters, tips, offers) if you've given me permission to. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing won't affect any essential messages I need to send you about a booking or session you've made.

 

Your rights

 

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

If you're ever unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can also complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

 

Keeping your information safeI take the security of your information seriously and use appropriate measures to protect it against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

 

However, no method of transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, so while I do everything I reasonably can to protect your data, I can't guarantee absolute security.

 

Changes to this policyI may update this policy from time to time.

 

Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.This policy relates to how I handle your personal data.

Rules and Conduct

This Site has a Members Area and Online Groups.

​

These areas are SAFE SPACES - As such, any Negative Behaviour, Trolling, Bullying etc WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, and you will be banned from the Site, all Groups and Areas, and you will be reported to the Police if necessary, passing on your details to them.

​

Simon reserves to right to remove Members without warning and cancel any subscriptions of said members, revoking and blocking their access permanently to the Site, Members Area and Groups, even if this person has 1-2-1 Minutes  that are unused, or if they have just started their billing cycle and already paid for said services - Negative Behaviour and Online Abuse void any and all products or services you are entitled to.

When you sign up to the Members Area and Groups - You are agreeing to the above terms, and agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

The Groups are for Resources, Group Sessions and Personal Development - From time to time, Simon may set a Group up for a New Product or Service that may be of benefit to members who have expressed an interest in such service.

​

At no time, is it permitted for Members to Spam or Solicit other Groups or Members within this Site - This behaviour will not be tolerated, and the culprit removed in the manner detailed above.
