Session Confidentiality - All Sessions are Private and Confidential - The only time they would not be, would be an instance where your life could be in danger due to the risk of serious self harm or injury, be it from yourself or a 3rd party - Then Simon has a Duty of Care to contact the relevant authorities or services to ensure your safety.
Cancellations - 24 Hours Notice is required to cancel a Session - If 24 Hours is not given, the Session will be classed as "attended".
Should Simon be unable to make the appointment, you will be given an extra 30 minutes, at no cost to you, to compensate, if 24 hours notice isn't possible by Simon.
This will not be compensated or redeemable in any other way, other than 30 minutes added to one of your existing sessions, or a standalone session for 30 minutes.
Rescheduling - Due to Simon's workload, once a Session is booked, it should be attended on the agreed upon day and time. If this is not possible, the Session can be rescheduled a maximum of ONE (1) Time, and should be for the same week it was scheduled to minimise disruption to other clients.
- Monthly Therapy Plan:
- You have 4 Hours of Therapy per payment period that can be taken as either 60 minute sessions, 30 minute sessions, or a combination of the two, not exceeding 4 hours per month.
- Availability in my diary - Appointments can be booked when Simon has space - Appointments are on a strictly "first come, first served basis) - you will be provided with a booking link that will show Simon's Diary and Availability.

- You cannot book more than One (1) 60 Minute Session per day, and no more than Four (4) 60 Minute Sessions per payment period (30 days from the purchase of the plan)
- You cannot book more than Two (2) 15 Minute Support Sessions per week and no more than Eight (8) Support Sessions per payment period (30 days from the purchase of the plan)
- Any unused Sessions in the 30 Day period do not carry over to another period, nor do they attract any refund or credit - if they are not used, they are lost.
The Monthly Plans are renewable every month unless cancelled - there is no contract or minimum period you must maintain them beyond that.
Important:
In the unlikey event there is no room whatsoever in Simon's diary for a Session, then you will added to a waiting list, and should one become available, you will be notifed - again this is a strictly first come first served basis. On the odd occasion, there may be some availabilty created on a weekend should Simon's diary become fully booked, but this is not guaranteed nor implied to be available regularly, if at all.
If you have purchased a Monthly Therapy Plan or Monthly Therapy Plan Plus, and decide you no longer wish to proceed, before or after your first session, there will be no refunds or credits issued, nor are they implied. This is to compensate Simon for his time in Onboarding you, as well as the space that would have been available to another potential client.
Ample opportunity is provided prior to purchase in the form of a Free 30 Minute Consultation, the website and content as well as reviews of his services and product to see if you and Simon are a good fit to work with one another.
Any unused Sessions in the 30 Day period do not carry over to another period, nor do they attract any refund or credit - if they are not used, they are lost. You have full freedom in that period to use as many or as little sessions as you would like.

Individual results from Therapy vary from person to person. Individuals get the best results if they attend every session and be present in the session, they do the "homework" activities between sessions, and take advantage of the Resources and Support Sessions (if part of the plan).
Any Products or Services purchased from Simon, such as e-books, Hypnosis Tracks or Audios do not carry a refund policy as the material is available instantly.
If you decide that you do not wish to have further sessions, your website membership will be revoked, as this contains resources for paying clients to help them between sessions. If you return and become a client, you will have your membership reinstated and all benefits will be provided to you for as long as you are having sessions.
The Current Plans are discounted by 50% - They will increase to their usual rate sometime in Febuary / March 2024. Any new plans taken out after this date willbe the Full Price.
Any plans that are taken out at the 50% discounted price will be honoured for as long as that plan remains in force. If the plan is cancelled, and re-established at the same plan or the plan below, within 8 weeks of the cancellation event, the 50% discounted rate will be applied again - After that point, it would be the Full Price per plan that would be payable.
Well, I do get really busy with clients and other projects, and as it stands, so my days available per week are subject to change.
My advice would be to book whatever available space there is, and if it is urgent that you see me, please leave a note on the booking form, and I'll see what I can do to accommodate you earlier.
If it is super urgent that you see me, send me a WhatsApp or text message and I'll get back to you much sooner.

Why wouldn't you want to?
The questions are there to give an insight into:
- What your Issues are
- Why you have chosen to seek help now
- What services you are interested in
- How quickly you want to get started
- If there are any obstacles that could get in the way of your Therapy or Coaching Program with me.
For me, anyone who isn't willing to do this is a "Red Flag" for me and likely a time waster - And I'm always 100% right!
If you can't be bothered to fill out a few questions so I can understand what you're going through and what you need, then it gives me an idea how you will show up for Therapy or Coaching Sessions - You simply won't be committed, which means that I wouldn't take you on as a Client.
If a Free Consultation form comes in my diary and all the questions aren't completed, I will cancel that Consultation off immediately.
Well, if the Consultation was that important to you, you'd make sure that you could make it wouldn't you?
If 24 Hours Notice is given, I will allow it to be re-scheduled ONE MORE TIME - Then after that, I class it as "Attended".
If 24 Hours Notice is NOT given, I class the Consultation as "Attended".
If after all this, the said person wants to book another Consultation in with me, they can - But it will be at a cost of £60 - After all - I did give it FREE the first time! (If exceptional circumstances can be evidenced, then I will do it one more time for FREE).
Remember - Your emergency is not my emergency - I still show up for the Session.
If the Consultation is a "No Show" (They've booked in, and do not show up), that individual along with their details are Blacklisted from the Practice indefinitely - Regardless if they need me in the future.
Some of the "Best" reasons I have had for not being able to attend the Consultation are:
- I'm getting my nails done
- I'm hung-over
- Football is on
- I want a lay in (this was a late afternoon appointment)
- My favourite Show is on

If a course of Treatment has been booked in and paid for, and you decide that you don't want to work with me, you don't need the Treatment anymore, or you are part way through the Sessions and decide you don't want any more, then that is on you and not me.
I give people ample opportunity to ask questions, reach out to me, look over my products and services, reviews, and even a FREE Consultation to make sure that what I offer is the right thing for that person - That person then chooses how they want to work with me - Per Session, Per Month, a Package etc.. They have ample opportunity to decide if I am right for them.

The reason for that is I am very selective who I take on as a Client, and I do not take on anyone where I am not 100% sure I can make a difference to them - Be it in Therapy or Coaching.
As with any Therapeutic Change, the Therapist can only do so much - There is responsibilty that does fall on the Client outside of Sessions.
With regards to Coaching - Again, there is more focus on the Client here, than the Coach, because ultimately, the Client has to follow through with the agreed actions.
For these reasons, this is why I only work with SERIOUS people who really do want to make a change.

These are the people who get RESULTS when working with me - Because they show up for the Sessions - They do the "Homework" - They follow through!
If they have done a Package with me, they also make use of the "Between Session" Support - a call, a message, an email etc to keep them on track.
When someone shows up how I've described, I will move Mountains to help them, because they are committed to helping themselves, and back it up.
No I don't - Just because I'm contacted by someone, doesn't mean I'm obliged to work with them.
For me, it is very important that we are a good fit, and I'm confident that you will get the most out of your Treatment with me.

I do not work with Cheaple (cheap = people) - Who want everything for nothing - Who want to barter on price or play me off against other Therapists etc - I simply Black List them from the outset, as I have no time for these types of people.
I do not work with people who are not willing to take any responsibility for themselves, or think that Therapy is a magic bullet and will take all their issues away without any input from themselves - It makes it nigh on impossible to create change for that person, and very draining to work with them - So I don't.
I do not like Attention Seekers, Drama Seekers or any derivative thereof - If your idea of reaching out for help is posting a video of yourself crying on Social Media, then we really aren't compatible.
I do not work with people who say "it's going to be a challenge to make me change" or "you're going to have to work really hard to make me change" - or any derivative thereof - This implies that they want to fail, don't want to be helped and really enjoy the misery they are in - Again, we aren't compatible.
Truth be told, I tend to turn more people away than I choose to work with because of the above, and refer them on to the NHS or another free service, or another Therapist for that matter.
Typically each GP has a preference of where to refer patients who want a service not available on the NHS, so because they haven't heard of them, doesn't mean they aren't any good!

On occasions, it has been apparant that there is a relationship between the GP and the Practitioner or Organisation that they prefer, so they simply don't bother looking elsewhere, which is up to them - And to be fair, there are SO many, they wouldn't be able to review and formulate an opinion on everyone.
In the field of Complimentary Therapy and Coaching, there are LOTS of Organisations that you can join as a Practitioner - Each offers different benefits and have different standards by how they offer Membership - My preference is the CMA due to the benefits of being a Member and Registered Practitioner, but also the quality they demand.
Most Qualification Providers or Colleges for Complimentary Therapy have a preference who you join once you have studied with them, and often membership is arbitary after you pass your Course etc.
My preference and has been since I started, is The CMA( which is where my main profile is).
The CMA has been around since 1993 and is one of the largest and most stringent Organisations around - To be a Member, you have to be fully insured and qualified in the Disciplines you claim to practice, and submit them for review by the Board, who then do their Due Diligence.
Because I am a Member of the CMA, you CAN REST ASSURED that I am legitimate, fully insured and qualified in the areas I work in.

Let's break this down:
1) Yes they are ALL Genuine reviews.
2) You will notice that some are actual client photos, and some are "Stock" photos - The reason for this, is simply some clients feel happy with their photos being used, and some don't want to display themselves publicly, but still want to leave a review of their experience working with me.
You will also notice, that almost all of my reviews, don't show the client's full name, or might have a different name - Again, this is to protect their confidentiality, as some of my clients do not want people to know they have sought help, and that is fine with me, and perfectly understandable, is it not?
I have had a couple of clients where it has been a very delicate situation so their name, location and picture have been changed for their safety.
3) My website excompasses ALL of my reviews, which includes the ones that aren't on Bark or Google, and have been emailed or messaged to me.
My Google Business review page and Bark Page reviews differ in number, because some people don't have a Google Account, so can't leave one on my Google Business Profile, and some people didn't find me on Bark, so don't want to leave me a Review on there - Again this is fine.
